Semi-Private Training
E-Motion Fitness is focused on individual results. Our results are driven by semi-private training with our members.
Members can use this time to work towards their overall fitness goals set during their strategy session.
Semi-private training periods last one hour each and start at the following times.
Mondays
5 am, 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
Tuesdays
8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
4 and 5 pm
Wednesdays
5 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
Thursdays
8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
4 and 5 pm
Fridays
